Way more complex than I would have first imagined, the options ending February 2025, 1.9 mill, @$29 almost certainly knocked out of contention.
Wonder how that would go down with those holders and if there is any compensation,?, certainly has not been for RIs up to date, in regards the dilution factor.
And in hindsight might well explain why there was no option overhang from the last two CRs.
Upcoming dilution likely to be in the range of 40% upwards, (?), depending on the sp, can see how this would be a far cheaper course to acquiring the Company than a outright bid.
Up to date and with the upcoming IPO certainly makes moot the WP comment that the Company could not be bought for less than. a billion plus dollars.
