It sounded like it was unlimited as per Waynes' remarks in the agm speech. The only rule i can find is that they need shareholder permission if selling 20% to one entity in a raise.
I am guessing that is why we are delisting from the ASX as we would still be bound by the 15% rule, as disappointing as it is to be listed solely over there need to get this show on the road and if its not to much drama dealing with the CDIs.. Let's GO!
