Over the past few weeks, it seemed that one driver for the current depressed share price was the slower than expected pivotal trial approval.

It now seems possible that last weeks NASDAQ announcement was a larger driver.
At face value the announcement is positave - retail investors perhaps even expexcted a slight jump in share price.

However, It's possible that the share price has been deliberately depressed by those that wish to fund the $100m usd IPO.
A lower share price presents a more attractive entry point for large US investors.

Further, I dare say AVR are not at all concerned with the current low share price, it helps market an easier sell.
