I share the same view that the timing of the IPO should optimise the enterprise value of the company’s IPs and its progress in the pivotal trial. WP mentioned in the most recent interview that taking a 1% TAVR market should give the company a valuation of USD $800m. I reckon it won’t take too long for the company to take 5% market share after commercialisation.
I hope the IPO will value the company at not less than AUD $500m, which is around $22+ per share based on the current number of shares on issue. Will see...
