They've been criticized on HC for announcements regarding testing etc but everyone screaming for sales contracts and want money in the door. So, yes, part of a previously advised contract, but I stated the other day that I thought it would be a slow ramp up, skewed towards the end of the period and I'm pretty sure management want to slap the doubters ( like me) across the face with a wet fish, which they've just done by saying payment for first deliveries is up front.
That's a vote of confidence.
