Ann: Planned Rights Issue to Raise up to $6.8m , page-2

re: Ann: Planned Rights Issue to Raise up to ... I am wondering if anyone knows this company in detail. I hold a few shares only because I like the product. But the SP has done nothing since I bought 6 months ago.

This rights issue will create huge dilution by increasing shares on issue by 100% if taken up in full. So this is a concern for me.

The directors already have a stack of there own money tied up in this company and seem happy to put in another couple of million dollars in the rights issue so this must be a positive thing.

I would appreciate if anyone has an opinion about this capital raising. Thanks in advance.
