I wonder if there will be a steady sp climb towards the end of October when we anticipate the final decision? Or will it be a sleeper that bolts from the starting gate?

The unique properties of the 'Scottish gold' they will be digging up makes this a really interesting story.

I'm also a realist though. The odds seem strongly in their favor to get this over the line but I have a trailing stop loss in place just in case (I also have a 'rising buy' order in too. :))
