Would we not need to finish the FEED before funding? I would have thought anyone giving out a loan would want to see as accurate a costing as possible. Offtakes...maybe, unless we are also looking at strategic investment from the offtake partner, might also be waiting on the FEED. Happy to be proved wrong.
