Little T, without being rude, I must take you to task (again) about this Lanstead selling business. From their initial 'Becoming a Substantial Holder' notice, through their 'Change in Substantial Holding' notice, to their 'Ceasing to be a Substantial Holder' notice, they have detailed all their trades.

These total 2 large off market transactions, three (minor) on market sales and one largish purchase [165461 shares].

The figures add up if you work through them. Of course, since their recent ceasing notice (27-12-2018) we won't be able to track their movements, but I will go hopping from here to .... (well, you know) if they have changed tack in the month or so since then. From that notice it can be deduced that they had 2558896 shares remaining.

The EVIDENCE strongly suggests that they have NOT been engaged in trading practices designed to manipulate the SP. My guess is that there will be another off market trade to finished them off with us at the appropriate time. My further guess is that the off market trades will all have been to the same entity.

If you must search for a villain that is attempting to suppress the SP, I consider that you would do better to point the finger at ACADIA itself or the recipient of Lanstead's off market trades.

So could I politely suggest, unless you can produce some evidence to the contrary, that you settle for the FACTS and lay off Lanstead. As far as I am concerned it has been a successful deal all round. Both parties have achieved their individual goals - win, win. Well done RT and Lanstead. Hopefully, the ACADIA deal will eventually produce as successful an outcome, but on a much grander scale.

[P.S. With the failure to do a ROW deal, pretty encouraging the way the SP has held up over the past two days in the face of an attempt at massacre. Patience required here .... Patience.]
