Is the company doing anything at all to sell NEUs story…?
I think they are (evidence below).
That said, the last 6 months have been a horrible time to sell any ASX biotech story, imo.
Firstly, there’s been a string of trial disappointments that smashed share prices – Bionomics and Resapp in October, followed by Factor Therapeutics and Mesoblast in December. That’s a lot of freshly burnt fingers among both funds and retail investors. Secondly, the trend has been for both Australian investors and foreign funds to move out of Australian equities. To add to this perfect storm, NEU seems to have (imo) an interested investor who’s rather keen to sit on this stock. Sit on, as in squash it.
