It is all a bit late in the game, they should of applied for the permits a lot earlier than this.
maybe they are waiting for a tax rebate to pay for it?
the renewal of interest in the big guy could be due to handouts to develop green metal projects.
anyway hopefully it expands it as it they say and it’s not just a way to get more freebies
