I have previously tried to figure out what went on with Dynamic Wealth Managment. It appears that they were scammed by some property developer and got into regulatory trouble trying to clean up the mess. There doesn't appear to be any indication of the directors personally benefited.

One thing that does give me confidence is that MUS has only been raising money from the big end of town and they scaled back the latest CR when it was over-subscribed. If they were just looking for money they would not have done this.

What is probably more of concern is their lack of experience in gemstone mining, but they appear to have hired people who know what they are doing.
