As I am not an expert, I wonder what the cost of polishing and finishing the raw rubies into a salable product.
Since the rubies have not been sold straightaway into a spot market, I am curious on process and if a long term process such as an offtake agreement may be negotiated here.
I wonder if any buyers in particular were buying stock last week as capital raise holders were most probably dumping.
After such a big movement here with big volume, new buyers need to be careful.
