    i read it that he is applying for/ taking up his allocation - so cash will be received by NIU to the tune of $32,000

    so in addition to his debt/equity swap, he will own another 16m shares ontop of everything else

    i will be taking up my allocation.. having mgmt buying more shares is a good sign
