First hearings of winding up applications always get rescheduled. And if the company wants to settle the matter then they can either pay the debt in full or settle with the creditor , or prove solvency. Also the applicant must prove standing to bring the application and the Court may dismiss the application if there is any abuse of process - in other words if there are any disputes over the claimed debt or the debt is not quantified fully the applicant may encounter problems. The applicants chances here are remote imo.

I have taken up my rights and would take more if another company ever gets out of voluntary suspension...
