Niuminco Group Limited (“Niuminco” or “the Company”) is pleased to advise that the recently acquired 6
tonne JCB excavator and Kawasaki wheel-loader are scheduled to be delivered to the Edie Creek Mine on
25 July, 2018 following finalisation of transport arrangements this week.

These items of mobile equipment will greatly improve the efficiency of the mining operations, ore
screening and the loading of the mill feed hopper.
The Company is pleased to note that its Chairman, Professor Ian Plimer, has opted to take up the Rights
Issue entitlement of his related company, Inkex Pty Ltd, in cash ( approximately $32,000) as well as
converting debts owed to that company to equity.
The non-renounceable pro-rata rights issue closes at 5.00pm Perth (WA) time on Friday 20 July, 2018
