It is quite common for Companies to ask that their correspondence with shareholders be between themselves and it's also common courtesy to ask their permission if you do want to post their reply, some say yes and others don't...this is largely because in the end they are dealing with people they don't know who can change any words they want in the Companies signed reply and hence alter the context or the content.

Companies are not allowed to release material information to individuals and haven't done so in this case it's just a reply to a general query and they will likely get many every day via emails or phone calls..
