Good analysis @spider5. Trouble is SP is falling faster than NTA and the gap is likely to stay that way for quite a while. We are also assuming that current dividend stream in absolute terms will not be adversely impacted. The question is, should one wait and collect dividends to recoup some of the SP loss or bail out and book a capital loss now. I do realize each one's situation is different. Was just wondering how professional and institutional investors approach this dilemma.
