It sounds good and is in line with their transition to a more capital light structure. However I am not going to get enthused until I know it looks good. I will wait to see how it affects the bottom line when they set out the detail for shareholder approval. I have no problem with making moves while the market is depressed and setting CMW up for a rerate when things begin to stabilise just show me the detail.
