It makes absolute sense after the huge reported losses and trashing the distribution by -40% !
People hold REITs mainly for the distributions.
A day after I saw they trashed the distribution I sold with a large booking loss.
I transferred to other REITs and they did not fall, at least not like this dog.
I concur with other posters that it looks like the management wants to drive the SP down so ARA can takeover cheap.
