Share price still falling, forecast next dividend slashed by upwards of 50%, gearing too high and likely only reduced by selling assets at a steep loss. This is more than a train wreck, its a debacle. Board and Management should resign without hesitation. Can anyone point to another REIT that has comparable share price decline and yield decline this past few years. Going capital light and investing the funds raised from asset sales ( at a loss very likely) into merged Funds means less hands-on management required so one might assume the corporate office headcount at all levels should be slashed. Yeh, right, whats the chances of that happening and where it really counts at the top decision-making levels. I believe its become just a lifestyle company. I bailed out about a week ago, thank goodness, after hesitating for far too long.
