If something unsaid can be described as "obviously" what is the advantage in not coming straight out with it? That is my point. Dave will just get inundated with questions. Alternatively, why mention it in the first place?
It could have been fixed with a quote from Chairman to the effect - " We are pleased with initial results from IMEC and wish to thank them for their commitment to 4DS and help in overcoming issues encountered in PL2".
Anyway, a reminder the company does not need to release market-sensitive information if falls under one of the following categories and remains confidential. NDA's and commercial agreements do not provide an explicit exemption to the release of information.
