I don't know 7.5 million is a lot of money for Lepidico not sure its worth that much, only has a few interests in Australia and Canada and tech that's not proven to be commercially viable yet, for 20 million market cap.
compare that lithium Australia (LIT) only has a 30 million market cap and has big prospects, proven commercially viable tech and SP 10 times PLP. imo the risk factor here has just doubled, if not tripled.
