Lets say you dont hold PLP but are considering buying, you need to take the following into consideration:
for every 5 shares you buy on market, you will soon (assuming deal completions) have the ability to add another 3 shares for 1c each
As an example is you bought 500,000 shares at 1.4 c today - cost $7000
And took up the rights issue of 300,000 shares at 1c - cost $3000
You would end up with 800,000 shares costing you $10,000 or 1.25c per share
Fantastic deal imo
