Your confusion is understandable - I will try and explain SP drop for you only with my humble opinion;

- good Ann overshadowed by news that it also includes a CR at 1c
- short term traders instantly react and sell down on their immediate profits from their low initial buy in believing that the price will drop to 1c which it did due to news of CR at 1c
- then they probably buy back in once hits that level
- good economic outcome for the savvy trader as now the SP is back up to 1.4c, increasing their profits
- carrot still there at CR for holders at 1c which has not been determined if will include new holders that bought in after the Ann or just for the holders that were in the stock prior to the Ann. As the process is yet to be disclosed, this is one of the reasons the SP is going back up. Instant profit if SP is higher and then as a holder you can participate in the CR at bargain buy of 1c.
