Everyone has to remember the details of this deal would have been undertaken within the last month where the SP was stable at around the 1.2c mark.... you cant expect the deal to be based on the over inflated pumped ST price of 2c+.
IMO the only people that have lost out of this deal are the day traders who got caught out with the TH and the short term trades wanting to make 100% overnight.
All imo... good luck to all and well done to management on the acquisition of not only lithium assets but lithium technologies too.
