Summary of the Rights Issue As part of the Acquisition, Platypus has secured underwriting support from GTT Ventures (the Company’s Corporate Advisor) (“Underwriter”) for a fully underwritten rights issue to raise up to approximately $3.5 million (before costs) (“Rights Issue”). The funds raised from the Rights Issue will be used to advance the combined assets of Platypus. The Rights Issue will be a pro rata entitlement to existing shareholders offering three new shares for every five shares held at an issue price of 1.0 cent per share.
