what about it? why would anyone want to buy their IP? the 'Warfare' franchise doesn't seem particularly valuable. Nor can they build a moat around the IP they have for game development.
You are talking up the prospects of a takeover bid. I am challenging you with 'why would someone bother? what are they getting?'
