For this kind of matters, the ASX usually just issues a speeding ticket and the company will have to respond with an "answer to ASX query" announcement. Also worth to note the spike in PLY happened at the match, was 86.5 before and matched at 89. So there's an element of bid and ask at the match there. I've seen stuff like Jumbo JIN matched up 4% when the stock was flat the entire day. The ASX could not be bothered.
