Those estimates seem quite high and don't account for the 30% cut Steam take.
Sales estimates from this other source are ~$265,000 (USD) or ~$360,000AUD:

Out of that ~$360,000 AUD, we still don't know how much Playside will get as they are splitting this with Team 17, and (correct me if I'm wrong) we don't know what the % split is.
