We are coming at this from two very different angles, and it is exhausting. You are fixated on academic issues i.e. difference between IP, patent, trademark etc. I am focused on the value proposition in an acquistion/sale scenario.
It completely misses the point that I raised when @vfpa5000000 was saying that Team17 might seek to acquire PLY at a 50-100% premium when I questioned why pay such a premium for a company that does not own anything particularly valuable?
