Some vindication here for those of us that believed Plenti was being overly discounted/ignored by the market.
That NAB equity buy in aspect of the partnership puts a very strong ‘indicative’ valuation of the Plenti business, which is rightfully well north of what its been trading at for the past 8-10 months.
The announcement also brings a lot of credibility to the Plenti business model.
