To be fair. It's quite normal for them to release their version of the announcement after Sayona initially released earlier in the week. Take a look back at some of the other announcement dates that are related to the JV of NAL.
Secondly, It is their announcement so of course they would word it in a way that favourable toward them. Sayona do the same, as would any listed company.
I don't hold PLL but guys, leave this shit behind. looks childish and doesn't help anyone.
