I see the board luvers didnt like reading the facts hence having my post modded...really shows what those influencers and board luvers don't want people to see...l posted the other day also about the 230 odd million shares the BoD's of Sayona are sitting on with regard to feathering their own nests and asked anyone of them to be honest and put forward what they thought about this cheap grab by a BoD's who have been incompetent in their duty to shareholders with respect to past governance and independence that has seen this company head down towards the sewers but not one of them has the decency to respond...and here's another question upon seeing the connections of the proposed new board...who here thinks they are still independent as is stated given the fact Buckler and Brown and also others from Piedmont are well known to each other and in the case of Buckler l also asked what or why he was continueing when he brings nothing to the table, further to this why was he appointed to the remuneration committee of Sayona when he is a shareholder how is that being compliant and or independent of his duties yet people here still don't get why he was put forward as a board member in the new proposed merge...imho its because he still runs the show and his inclusion on that new proposed board is bewildering to say the least, in any event that would make LD the puppet and then you look at the independence of whole makeup of that proposed board and it leaves a bad taste all over again although l would hazard a guess the board luvers would be delighted they can still have tea and scones with their mates.
