I said money pulled by a key jv partner, never said jv money was pulled because they are still part of the jv. I think you misread my comment. I was coming from it is a bad look when your key jv partner cashes out entirely on their ownership of the parent company. Yes it doesn't affect the jv but from a pr perspective, it isn't a good look.
