. I'm leaning towards believing that the carb plant is going ahead and they need to chip in.
Just remember we have to chip in as well and 75% not 25%, im sure Carbonate is the way they will eventually go but timelines are almost certain to be pushed out and it has been hinted at already..we are not in a position to take on risk at the moment and refineries come with considerable risk.
The review is expected by the end of this quarter and could arrive at anytime , then we will have a better idea on where things stand.
