The share price yesterday rose on strong volume and I would expect it was done with knowledge that this announcement was coming out.
I will assume they bought with a thinking that this announcement would be positive or else why buy.
Maybe who they sold to is the key, because someone on the other side of the coin have spent $60mill to buy in. They would have to be pretty confident with the future of SYA to do so.
