Exactly. If the deal was struck a few days ago (just before jumping from
3.8 to 4.5 cents) then the SP on that day may have been 4 cents, and the 20-day
volume weighted average may have been around, say 4 to 4.2 cents. So 5.2 was
quite a premium.
But it looks like that won't help us on open.
