Yes it doesn't affect the jv but from a pr perspective, it isn't a good look.
When you need cash to prevent the alternative which is a CR at low prices what others think is the least of your concerns ..its not necessarily a good or a bad look it's just what PLL needed to do under the circumstances.
Like all dramas this will pass, be forgotten about and boredom will ensure another one will be created...life on a traders chatsite...
