Relatively small volume in March as commissioning plant, so thats first quarter done, second quarter April to end of June - yes stockpiling, then first shipments in July.
That's my understanding.
Probably a good plan to maintain a quarter of production in stock, in case the plant is stopped for maintenance/tweaking of process etc.
