yes, pretty much. There will be some dilution post merger if they choose to do a capital raise, but they will likely offer opportunity to participate. I would like them to reconsider the number of share PLL are getting in SYA, as goal posts have changed in terms of risk associated with Tesla. Obviously Elon acting like a tube has wrecked the Tesla brand and PLL exposure and obviously our value associated with Tesla via PLL. So this I feel needs to be reconsidered. PLL should get less shares in SYA
