Still - there has been a bit of mismatch between rhetoric and reality here which should never be ignored.
That said certainly the story still sounds compelling and the reasons for the slow start all seem sound. The confidence of directors in both their own investment and in wanting to go to 90% is also very positive.
On the negative - development without production burns cash like nothing else.
They raised some working capital in the CR but they need to produce and generate revenue soon or they may have to hold the cap out again for more funds.
