Always a risk when purchasing second-hand equipment, you get the stuff soon but when you marry new gear and second hand gear together in the same plant there always seem to be issues with the second-hand stuff. At least they now have some production going, so they can fix and fine-tune the plant to improve recovery and reliability, and they have ore available, so now it's just an exercise in de-bottlenecking and improvements on the surface.

They are very cryptic about what exact parts of the plant are misbehaving, is it the crushing/ball mill comminution part of the circuit of the flotation parts? Aand how far below expectations the throughput and/or recoveries are? It would be nice if they could clarify whether this is a reliability/throughput problem, or a more different recovery problem. At least they have some of the highest Zinc grade ore on the ROM pad ready to go.

Personally still miles underwater with this one (a trivial holding), but at least they have some production now, next step is reliable production, and then profitable production.
