All holders backed the company - that's why we invest, we back companies - unfortunately it doesn't necessarily follow that companies have our backs - only our hard earned. Real world, real money, real losses. Wouldn't worry too much about the BOD - they'll probably find another well paid job in no time, whereas we'll have a bit more difficulty in regaining funds lost.
