Apart from getting paid what was owned how have note holders benefited? remember they also had 10% of the equity in AJM that is worth nothing now just like everyone else's shares.
Regulators should be trawling through the financials that were never released, why did they change auditor? would the old one not sign off? (same company different auditor)
