I suspect AJM might survive. I see a number of possibiliities :
1) PLS will only purchase the share of ALO. However, AJM will retain the intellectual property of the plant. What had been learnt from the construction of the processing plant is kept by AJM. If it does survive, future construction of a new plant will be more efficient and cost much less.

2) If you did through the announcements, the VA talked about recapitalisation. The money raised for share sale to Pls zero off all the debts and redundancies. Raise money again on a much lower interest.

3) After the share sale it is a possiblity that sya may merge with ajm, given a couple of of directors are from sya.
