The current deal does not contemplate any issue of PLS scrip to AJM holders. Sorry to burst your bubble. PLS is not taking over AJM, PLS is buying the assets tied up in ALO, a subsidiary of AJM. (And as it happens, ALO contains 99% of AJM's assets)
Sorry, you wont get any shares in PLS via AJM.
