However, have the loan note holders breached contract by negotiating (clearly for quite some time) with a third party when AJM had not broken any payment schedules or covenants? Were they even allowed to put them into admin?

I find it hard to believe they would be this stupid however the announcement says all was waived til October 31st which lines up with AJM thinking they had til then to come up with the cash.

Would really like to see this raise get finalised as JB and co have put alot of their own money into this unlike alot of other directors who just get performance rights etc. After speaking to James over the years you can guarantee he will be fighting this and from the announcement it looks like he has a contractual right to do so.
