Australian lithium producer Pilbara Minerals (ASX: PLS) said on Wednesday it had signed a conditional agreement with a group of lenders to buy embattled rival Altura Mining for about $175 million.The West Perth-based miner would pay 155 million upfront and in cash. It would also pay about $20 million for the shares in Altura Lithium Operations upon successful completion of the deal.
If this goes ahead, does it mean that AJM holders would receive PLS shares to the value of 20% of the 7 cent value it is now?
or will AJM keep operating and its share value go to .007 cents/ share?
