Whichever way you cut this - even with rival bidders with deep pockets - now the VA process has begun, AJM shareholders get nothing.
The quicker SH realise this (I’m not being doom and gloom - it’s just the reality of the situation) the quicker you can move on.
Do you really think PLS and Aus Super would have gone down this path without ensuring the legalities were in place? With my business hat on - it’s a very astute move.
The deal breaker for me is AJM stranded assets on PLS land - worthless to anyone else...
